Utilizing this module as the means of enrolling your program participants provides a number of incremental benefits that extend beyond the simplicity of implementation and can help your business address some of its most pressing needs. For example, using the enrollment module, you can learn a great deal about your customers and significantly improve customer intelligence.

 

How much do you know about your customers?
Depending on how you distribute your products or services, you may know a great deal about your customers. On the other hand, you may not. Gathering Customer Intelligence
Using PSG’s enrollment module as the participant enrollment vehicle allows you to gather a broad range of customer data – the nature of which you can determine before implementation. In addition to basic information such as name, address, phone number, fax and email, you may choose to request additional information. For example, if you sell through a dealer or distributor network, you may look to source information such as:

• Geographic coverage
• Competitive products sold
• Your “market share” with each dealer/distributor

If you sell direct to the consumer, you may choose to request additional demographic data such as:

• Sex
• Age
• Marital Status
• Occupation
• Income Level
• Competitive Products Purchased
