Performance Systems Group was founded in 1996 in response to the increasing demand from corporate end-user clients, advertising agencies, incentive houses and promotional marketing companies for flexible and cost-effective stored value card incentive reward products. As the popularity of promotional debit cards grew, so did demand for online motivation program management systems. Today, PSG's capabilities for creating customized web-based incentive program tools are extensive, and our proprietary RewardTrax platform offers popular online system features for participant enrollment, sales claims, and award fulfillment.
Our Technology
Technology drives PSG, and our applications exist to make managing incentive programs simple.
